This beautiful villa located in Dunes of Boca development is the ultimate getaway to rest and recharge.

This villa is located in the Dunes of Boca development and boasts gorgeous sunsets and ocean views. Fully renovated in the summer of 2018, this 3 bedroom / 3 bath has everything for the perfect beach vacation. We have taken great care with all the details that we think make a fabulous house - wonderful linens, soft towels, a cedar outdoor shower, cozy beds, a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable furniture to lounge. Our favorite spot in the house is the screened in porch to see the beautiful morning and evening colors. Recently, 2 bald eagles have chosen a tree outside our place to nest and watching them is the best part of our day. There are 2 tennis courts and 2 pools on the property. The boardwalk to the beach is directly in front of the villa and there are jogging/biking paths into town.

The layout of the house is as follows:
Main Level - Bedroom with king bed and private bath, as well as the Kitchen, Dining room, Bar, Living Room, Screened in porch
2nd Floor - Master bedroom with a king bed, day bed and private bath. There is a also a sitting area in the bedroom to read and enjoy the ocean views. The third bedroom is also upstairs and has a king bed and day bed with a trundle. This room also has a private bath. The washer and dryer is located upstairs as well.
Garage Level - Game room with pool table, table shuffleboard, couch, tv and mini fridge. There is also storage with enough beach chairs for each guest.
