This second floor (Gulf Side), two bedroom, two bath unit will feature an all new contemporary look and feel through out.  We've taken it down to the studs to create an open, modern and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico right out the screened in lanai, or take your boat for a magical sunset cruise which you can then dock in our deep water dock located across the street.

Located in the private gated community of Boca Grande North, an oasis beautifully nestled between the gulf side and bay side of the Island, with some of the most stunning views on the Boca Grande.  After a day at the beach or enjoying the quaint town, guests can head to the community center to relax in the tranquil pool and in-ground spa or play tennis on the newly surfaced court.

Our unit includes access to our deep water boat dock at no additional charge (available most weeks).  We can accommodate up to a 28' powerboat (10' wide) in our slip and also have parking for a trailer.
